Should I keep my hair long and black or short and brown?

I currently have long black hair with peek a boo highlights of pink. I'm getting bored with it and deciding if i should do a change for once. I was thinking to go light brown and cut my hair short (about to my shoulders) sorta like victoria beckhams pob but with a little modifications. (Or should i keep my color but just cut my hair? I'm so confused... (fyi... i am a fair filipino girl with sort of a round face... so I don't know if i could cut it short) let me know... Thanks!!

Hair styles really depend on body type. If you are thin and long in build you can do long hair. If your body is average to a little plumper do the short hair. DO NOT do long hair if you are a little plump, it emphasizes the fact. If your skin is darker I would go brown, if lighter then do the black.

Also, don't color your hair yourself. Pay to have it done, it always looks better.
