Your hair stops because it is brekaing off, you might also try washing every other day ( depending on what you do )

Flat irons, blow dryers etc damage your hair and cause it to break off more making it seem like it has stopped growing.

Also eating healthy or adding a good multi vitamin .

Take Vitamin E %26amp; use horse shampoo. Might sound funny but it ALWAYS works. Good luck =]
