i need to grow my hair out in 1 month a little past my shoulders and now its to my collerbone

ppl say use prenatal vitamins, massage my head, trim it, get extentions, rub in oils and take vitamins but i'm not sure if the work and my hair takes a long time to grow because i straighten it and i used to have a lot of split ends but now my hair doesnt have any and i shower EVERYDAY (is that bad)so i think my hair is healthy but its very thin idk how to get it to grow before highschool
