How do i get my hair long, smooth, and spikey?

-I dont want my hair to be as thick as it now

- I dont want my hair to be wavy or dry or oily.

- I want it to grow 4 inches before June or July.

- I want it to look spikey and thin in the back of my hair but long and smooth. And it to stay straight for at least 7- 8 hours!

I know it seems like a lot but I dont know what to do with it! Are side swept bangs cute?
