My hair is usually short and my face is quite long, I want to grow my hair long any ideas of doing this quickly because my hair doesn't seem to grow long. It just gets scruffy and messy.

you just can't. there's no way for it to grow faster than it should...no chemicals or any mixture of hair products will do either..just leave ur hair as is then one day it will grow longer anyway...some like scruffy and messy look anyway so just leave it as is.
