My hair is about 13 inches long.

i have natrual black hair and i want to highlight it fuschia, do you think the colour will show?

You should take in consideration if it's thick as well, if that is yuor case you could use 2 boxs. Or even 3 boxes to play it safe. When you say it's naturally black you mean it hasan't been colored before, right? If so, then your hair should have no problem getting the color. Just make sure the color you are choosing is not 4 shades lighter than your natural hair color. And just remember that the color you end up with is not going exactly like the one on the box.

2-3 boxes....it might not when you have black hair is very hard for any color to pick it up, but when it does, it comes off once you wash it and changes color to orange or blue...i wouldn't do it , the only people who can do that are celeberities because they can afford touching it up everytime, it starts fading
