Lol you should've said it was past your elbows. Most people confuse waist and hips.

You should get bangs or have it layered, I used to have really thick and heavy hair and I got it layered. It's a lot lighter and easier to handle now. You should only get bangs if they look good on you though. Don't get them if you have a small forehead.

wow that's super long! get some bangs, or angles in the front. or cut some length off, it'll be a lot easier and faster to wash and take care of. you could always get highlights if you're really bored with your hair too.
