I have very long hair and I almost never dry my hair with a hair dryer. Most of the time I towel dry it and then let it dry naturally. It helps keep the hair from drying out and getting split ends. When I say almost never...I think I borrowed my mother in laws dryer once in the three....almost 4 yrs I have been married. We were going to a wedding and I got up late.
