Cloud is in Final Fantasy 7. He likes Tifa, and any feelings toward Aerith are simply due to the fact that he feels somewhat responsible for Zach's(Aerith's previous lover) death.

As everyone mentioned already, Yuna is in FFX and is in love with the protagonist in that game, Tidus.
Cloud is in FFVII and cares deeply about Aeris/Aerith and Tifa alike.
Regarding the whole thing about the name Aerith and Aeris, I believe the name Aeris was used in the US version of FFVII while Aerith in the Japanese version. Could be the other way around but you all get the picture.
