it demends on whay color are you but if you or black use pantene prov. and a brown bottle or if you are white use pantene and a white bottle.

Do you want a shampoo that will straoghten your hair and make it more sleek? or do you want to bring out waves? or.. do you just want to detangle?

You need to be more specific.

I'll take a guess though.. since your hair is long and thick, you probably want something to smooth it out and thin it just a little bit..

Try Sleek.Look.Shampoo and Conditioner by Matrix or the knockoff sold at Sally Beauty Supply called Slickline.. they are exactly the same though.

This will smooth out any kinks and is also very good for detangling (I have long hair, I know what you must go through! lol)

You ever try Aveeda products? If you haven't you should! They just came out with a new one called Infusion, its for thick frizzy hair. It smells great too and not to expensive!

you can try garnier fruitius long and strong my cousin has real long hair and she uses that and said it works really good
