I work in an upscale real estate office i'm 24 and i have long blonde hair, its probably reaches about in between my upper arm, i don't want to cut my hair, but sometimes i feel like its not professional looking enough, how should i style it for work and how?

I can relate - i have hair that reaches my lower back. I too work in an office. The one do that I have found that you cannot go wrong with is the ponytail. I usually spice it up a little with some side swept bangs and I take some of my ponytail and wrap it around the actual pony tail to hide the holder. Looks professional yet sexy. Also does not give me headaches like the jaw clips and such.
