I need the names of any hair accessaries that will hold up long hair.?

My hair is really long and I can never find anything that will hold it up all day or even half of the day. Help! Also any styling tips, I'll take them.

I used Goody and Scrunchie hair accessories when my hair was really long. I had the problem of the ponytail holders sliding but discovered the ponytail holders that don't damage your hair because they have some sort of special covering on them. I used to use those and then put a scrunchie over it.

if you want a pony tail, try plastic cable ties and cover the cable tie with a scrunchie; you can find the cable ties in the automotive or electrical section of stores like Wal-Mart
